More than just an exhibition, Food&HotelVietnam2007 will feature a ‘Food Safety Seminar’ that is specially tailored for the food and hospitality professionals. In line with current trends and developments, the seminar will turn its attention on the various challenges and issues surrounding food safety in Vietnam. Hotels, manufacturers & retail supermarkets in Vietnam can look forward to a seminar on 31 October 2007 that highlights some of the most important issues in food safety standards. Systems such as HACCP & ISO 220000 in the food and hospitality industries will be discussed.

*Admission guidelines: There is no charge to visit the exhibition. Admission is restricted to trade professionals only. Minors below the age of 16 will not be allowed entry into exhibition halls. All visitors must be in proper attire. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to visitors who are not appropriately dressed. Visitor badges are non-transferable due to security reasons. You may be asked by security personnel to present proof of identification before entry to the exhibition. Visitor registration will stop 15 min before the closing time during all three days of the exhibition.
