Culinary Excitement from Chefs at the Vietnam Culinary Challenge

To be held concurrently with Food&HotelVietnam2007, the Vietnam Culinary Challenge is back to thrill visitors with professional chefs showing off their culinary skills! Witness the excitement as the chefs compete in various categories of the competition such as ‘Live Hot Cooking Competition’, ‘Vietnamese Food Display’, ‘Fruit and Vegetable Carving’, ‘Dress the Cake’ and many more!

*Admission guidelines: There is no charge to visit the exhibition. Admission is restricted to trade professionals only. Minors below the age of 16 will not be allowed entry into exhibition halls. All visitors must be in business attire. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to visitors who are not appropriately dressed. Visitor badges are non-transferable due to security reasons. You may be asked by security personnel to present proof of identification before entry to the exhibition. Visitor registration will stop 15 min before the closing time during all three days of the exhibition.
