Vietnam Barista Competition
Organised by Singapore Exhibition Services and Kerry Ingredients, the 2nd edition of the Vietnam Barista Competition continues to be a highly recognised platform to showcase the expertise, creativity and talents of the top baristas in Vietnam. In the presence of a 'live' audience, competitors have to come up with various specialty espresso beverages under the watchful eyes of an international judging panel.

Vietnam Culinary Challenge
Since its debut in 2006, the Vietnam Culinary Challenge has been recognised by Vietnam's culinary community as an important arena for chefs to exhibit their culinary skills and techniques in a competitive environment. Organized by Saigon Professional Chefs Guild, the 4th edition of the Challenge promises to be another round of excitement and energy for both the competitors and spectators!

Saigon Professional Chefs Guild
The Saigon Professional Chefs Guild is an organisation for cooks, chefs and pastry chefs from all professional levels across various industries. As an organisation representing Vietnam's culinary spirit, it is our task to promote the professional and social interests of our members. We collaborate with specialised public and private organisations and institutions in the hospitality and catering industry. The Guild strives to improve networking among existing and new members.
To improve the culinary skills of its members as well as to raise its professional profile, The Guild organises the Vietnam Culinary Challenge. The objectives of the Challenge are:
- Promote Vietnam's culinary standards
- Members to gain experience on a competitive platform
